Inputs

1. Purchase Order Reference - May be blanket or discrete covering the charges for the job.
2. Soft Copy (Excel or text file) listing of contents including Part Number to be used and Quantity Sent.
3. Specific orientation requests if different than that specified by the latest EIA-481 revision.
4. Return shipping method (ex. Ground, overnight, first overnight, international economy, 2-day air standard.
5. Other specified services requested (ex. bake, pick-up points, seperate lots on reels, pizza box packaging)

Outputs

1. Each reel contains the greater of the total parts sent, or the reel capacity with bar coded label containing P/N, quantity, date, job#, package code for tape & reel and optional services ordered.
2. Packing list annotated with operator's initials for quality accountability.
3. Return shipment appropriately packaged for the level of service requested.
